陶瓷绘画根植中华文明深处，自半坡彩陶的渔纹、河姆渡陶器的稻穗纹始，便以火为笔，以土为纸，开启了中国绘画的原始叙事。历经数千年窑火不熄，其艺术在传承中不断蜕变，从工艺装饰逐渐走向独立表达，形成了兼具技术体系与美学深度的绘画门类。
Ceramic painting is deeply rooted in Chinese civilization. From the fish motifs on Banpo painted pottery to the rice-ear patterns on Hemudu ceramics, it has, from its earliest beginnings, used fire as the brush and earth as the medium, opening a primordial narrative of Chinese painting. Through thousands of years of uninterrupted kiln fires, ceramic painting has continuously evolved through transmission and transformation—gradually moving beyond decorative craft toward independent artistic expression, and developing into a distinct pictorial form that integrates technical systems with profound aesthetic depth.
景德镇，作为陶瓷艺术的重要实践场所，汇集了历代匠人的智慧与创造。在这里，陶瓷绘画不仅是技艺的传承，更是文化的延续与美学的探索。它以独特的材质语言和烧成逻辑，构建起一套完整的视觉表达系统，成为连接历史与当下、工艺与艺术的重要桥梁。近年来，陶瓷绘画领域呈现出前所未有的活跃态势。创作者在深入理解传统工艺精髓的同时，积极回应当代文化语境，吸收多元艺术观念，推动陶瓷绘画在形式、语言与思想上不断突破。这种既扎根传统又面向未来的创作趋向，赋予了陶瓷绘画崭新的时代内涵与精神气质。
As a major center for ceramic practice, Jingdezhen has long gathered the wisdom and creativity of generations of artisans. Here, ceramic painting is not merely the inheritance of technique, but also the continuation of cultural memory and an ongoing exploration of aesthetics. Through its distinctive material language and firing logic, ceramic painting has established a complete system of visual expression, becoming an important bridge connecting history and the present, craft and art. In recent years, the field of ceramic painting has entered an unprecedented period of vitality. While gaining a deeper understanding of traditional craftsmanship, contemporary artists actively respond to present-day cultural contexts, absorb diverse artistic concepts, and continuously push the boundaries of form, language, and thought. This creative tendency—rooted in tradition yet oriented toward the future—has endowed ceramic painting with renewed contemporary significance and spiritual character.
本次“2025当代陶瓷绘画作品展”由江西省美术家协会与景德镇陶瓷大学共同主办，聚焦当代陶瓷绘画的最新探索与实践。展览汇集了青年艺术家的创新之作，并邀请著名艺术家参与交流，力图呈现陶瓷绘画在传承与创新下的多元面貌与创作活力。我们期待，通过这次展览，能够进一步激发创作者在传统脉络中寻找个人语言，在时代现场中构建艺术表达，让陶瓷绘画在当代文化土壤中生长出新的可能。
The 2025 Contemporary Ceramic Painting Exhibition, jointly organized by the Jiangxi Artists Association and Jingdezhen Ceramic University, focuses on the latest explorations and practices in contemporary ceramic painting. Bringing together innovative works by emerging artists and featuring exchanges with established figures, the exhibition seeks to present the diversity and creative energy of ceramic painting shaped by both inheritance and innovation. Through this exhibition, we hope to further inspire artists to develop personal visual languages within traditional lineages and to construct artistic expression within the realities of our time, allowing ceramic painting to generate new possibilities within today’s cultural landscape.
